We are going to teach you how to stay healthy. There are a lot of ways to stay healthy. You can:

  • Wash your hands after using the bathroom
  • Wash your hands before meals
  • Exercise 60 minutes a day
  • Eat fruits and vegtables
  • Eat things with a lot of sugar rarley, maybe every 3 days
  • Naomi takes over

    Hello everybody! I am going to teach you some good exercises that are good for you!

    Sit-ups

    There are two diffrent ways to do sit ups. The first one is where you lay on your back with your knees bent together. Then you are going to put your hands behind your head, with your arms in a shape of a sideways V. Then with your hands behind your head, start to lift up your head so it touches your knees. Repeat this procedure how many times you want! The next way to do a sit up is to first lay on your back, legs straight. Then put your hands under your butt and lift your legs up as high as you can. Make sure your legs are straight.Then when you land your legs make sure your legs dont touch the ground so they are about 1-2 inches off the ground. Repeat this procedure how many times you want!

    Plank

    The next exercise I am going to teach you is called a plank. First, what you have to do is lay on your stomach.Then you put your hands in a ball and you arms like a V.Then with your hand and arms like that, lift your body up. Make sure your butt is up a little and your stomach about 1 foot off the gorund. Then hold this position for as long as you want!

    Bicycle

    The very last exercise I am going to show you is called the bicycle. First, what you do is lay on your back with your hands under your butt. Then you lift you legs and rotate them like when you are riding a bicycle. Repeat the procedure as many times as you want!

    All these exercises help with your upper body and they really help!I reccomend you try all of them out!
